New Horizon of Des Moines' Cancellation Policy

  (Includes Inter-Franchise and Map Accounts)

On-sites, Dedicated Classes, Room Rentals, and Technical Classes –

 Cancellation Penalties are scaled as follows:

• Eleven (11) or more business days prior to the scheduled training date at no charge. 
• Ten (10) to six (6) days clients will be billed for 50% of the scheduled billing. 
• Less than five (5) business days, client will be billed a penalty of 100%.

Application Classes - 

 Cancellation Penalties are scaled as follows:

• Two (2) or more business days prior to the scheduled training date at no charge.
• Less than two (2) business days, client will be billed a penalty 100% of class price.
