6331/6422 Windows 2008 Hyper-V R2 and System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) 2008 R2 Bootcamp

Overview:
This hands-on, highly accelerated five-day bootcamp combines the content of 6422 (three-day Hyper-V course) and 6331 (three-day SCVMM 2008 course) into an accelerated version of the two courses.
Along with content from 6422 and 6331, the bootcamp also covers Hyper-V R2 and SCVMM 2008 R2.
As an added bonus, students will receive hands-on Hyper-V R2 clustering/Live Migration, which is not available in standard 6422 or 6331.
Student feedback has provided that the overwhelming majority of those who have taken the 6422 Hyper-V course would have preferred to have the content delivered in a five-day, highly in-depth format with more coverage of SCVMM 2008 R2.
Prerequisite(s) or equivalent knowledge:

Students attending this course need to have the following experience before attending this course:
- 3 months or more working with Windows 2008 or 2008 R2 and the following built-in tools:
- Server Manager (Roles & Features)
- Network and Sharing Center
- Windows Firewall
- PowerShell Version 1 or 2 (recommended, not required)
- Experience using or managing any of the following virtualization technologies:
- Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 [R2]
- Microsoft Virtual PC 2007
- VMware ESX 3.x
- VMware Virtual Server version 1 or 2
- VMware Workstation 5 or higher
